Faith Formation Coordinator: Grades 7-11 & Confirmation (Posted 6.25.2026)
St. Gabriel Catholic Parish in Neenah, Wisconsin, is committed to “make disciples of all nations,” especially among our youth and within families. The 7-11 Faith Formation Coordinator will minister in a collaborative environment with the Pastor and Staff and coordinate the faith formation program for students in grades 7-11, including Confirmation preparation. This includes such responsibilities as: the recruitment and training of qualified catechists, the organization of a quality catechetical materials and activities, the advancement of Catholic faith practices in the home, the fostering of discipleship among youth, and the implementation of an effective program of sacramental preparation for Confirmation. The Coordinator also collaborates as a member of the Neenah-Menasha Catholic Youth Ministry group. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position. A successful candidate, in addition to being an active and committed Catholic, will have an advanced degree in religious studies or equivalent, experience in the field of faith formation or evangelization, the ability to work both independently and in collaboration with others, a creative mindset, the ability to inspire and lead, and a friendly and encouraging personality.
