Coordinator of Faith Formation: 1-8 & Families
St. Gabriel Catholic Parish in Neenah, Wisconsin, is desiring to build strong foundations of faith in our children and in our families’ home lives. The Coordinator of Faith Formation: 1-8 & Families will minister in a collaborative environment with the Pastor and Staff and oversee the “Faith Foundations” program, including: the recruitment and training of qualified catechists, the organization of a quality catechetical materials and activities, the coordination of our Sunday Children’s Liturgy of the Word program, the sacramental preparation of our children, the formation of parents as Catholic parents, and the advancement of Catholic faith practices in the home. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position. A successful candidate, in addition to being an active Catholic, will have a Bachelor’s Degree, experience in the field of faith formation or evangelization, the ability to work both alone and in collaboration with others, a creative mindset, the ability to inspire and lead, and a friendly and encouraging personality.
