Special features of the ‘We Believe’ series are:

  • Build Catholic Identity around core Catholic beliefs, practices, and principles so all students, including, needs of diverse learners, can embody their faith
  • Help students live our their faith with Catholic Identity
  • Involve families with tools to enrich their identity as a Catholic family in today’s world

Primary Themes

  • 1st grade: God Loves Us-Jesus Teaches Us About God’s Love
  • 2nd Grade: Eucharist and Reconciliation Preparation
  • 3rd Grade: We are the Church

  • 5th Grade: We Meet Jesus in the Sacraments
  • 6th Grade: We are God’s People

Grades 7 and 8 Discipleship Formation

Edge Classes for grades 7 & 8 are held on Wednesday evenings 3 weeks per month from September through April, with the fourth week consisting of Small Group nights.  For more information contact Victor Meschi, Youth Ministry and Faith Formation Coordinator at 920-725-0660 or email vmeschi@smcatholicschools.org.

In the fall of 2024, our classes will be focused on the 7 Sacraments and learning about how we live out the grace given to us by God in our daily lives. Click the link below for our schedule of classes this fall.

In addition to classes, middle school students also have the opportunity to participate in local and national mission trips. Trip details and informational meetings are available in January, with fundraising and team building opportunities February through May. Trips usually happen in June and July.
