Grades 7 and 8 Discipleship Formation
EDGE is a Catholic middle school youth ministry program. It provides a safe fun place for youth to find a solid Catholic community, to get answers to their questions about faith, and most importantly to experience Jesus in a profound and personal way. Edge speaks to the physical, psychological, cognitive, relational, and spiritual maturation of middle school youth. The resources present Catholic teaching in a way that young people can understand.

In addition to classes, middle school students also have the opportunity to participate in local and national mission trips. Trip details and informational meetings are available in December, with fundraising and team building opportunities January through May. Trips usually happen in June and July. High school faith formation content focuses on the Catholic Faith and how students can incorporate their faith into their day to day lives. These classes also prepare students for confirmation.

Classes for Fall 2022 are going through Venture: The Bible Timeline for High School from Ascension Press. Students should bring Bibles to class or have a Bible app available for use on their phones. Families may also want to download the Timeline Chart below for discussion and follow up at home.

The Sacrament of Confirmation – Grade 11
Confirmation is the sacrament of initiation that is meant to strengthen the relationship with Christ and the Church. Classes are provided for students and sponsors to grow their faith with the Lord.

Small Group Leaders Make ALL the Difference!
Are you called to teach students from 7th grade to High School? Just look at how much fun we have!!! We are always seeking volunteers who can lead teens and share their faith. If you have a willingness to share your own faith with students, and you’re comfortable with periodic silence (ha!) we have a place for you!!
